As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a role in supporting our sales team and providing exceptional customer service.

Sales Coordinator – Indian Lady

Eligibility for any bachelor’s degree
English, Hindi and Malayalam languages

Your responsibilities will include:
Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately, ensuring timely and error-free transactions.
Customer Support: Assist customers with inquiries, order status, and problem resolution in a professional and efficient manner.
Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases, sales records and reports.
Sales Team Assistance: Collaborate with the sales team to provide administrative support, coordinate meetings, and manage sales-related documents.
Reporting: Prepare sales reports and provide insights to help drive sales strategy.
Other Duties: Assist with various sales-related tasks and projects as needed.
