We are seeking a reliable and friendly Room Attendant to join our hospitality team to provide excellent customer service to our guests. Your duties include ensuring that assigned rooms are fully equipped, clean, and maintained to the highest standards. You must also be able to resolve guest complaints and inquiries promptly and courteously.

To be successful as a Housekeeper, you must be honest and friendly, and have in-depth knowledge of and adhere to all housekeeping policies, procedures, and standards.

Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and answer their questions.
• Change and arrange bed linens.
• Replace used towels and other bathroom supplies, such as shampoo and soap.
• Sweep and mop the floors.
• Vacuum the carpet.
• Dust and polish the furniture.
• Empty trash cans and ashtrays.
• Restock the minibar with drinks and food.
• Cleaning public areas, such as hallways. • Reporting any technical issues or maintenance needs.
• Updating guest room statuses on the room assignment log.
• Returning and restocking the housekeeping cart at the end of the shift.
