We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensure excellent customer service and drive business success.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management and customer service.
• Hire, train and supervise restaurant staff to ensure efficiency and professionalism.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene and safety standards in compliance with local regulations.
• Manage customer inquiries, comments and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with suppliers, monitor inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
• Prepare reports on sales, expenses and employee performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety and customer service.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
