Primary Responsibilities:

• All hotel facilities/services and operating hours.
• All room layouts, bed types, décor, amenities and locations.
• Room availability for a given day.
• Restricted dates, rates and room types.
• All room rates, packages and promotions.
• Specific agreements between the hotel, travel agencies and corporate reservation center.
• Scheduled entertainment/special events at the hotel.
• Assume personal responsibility for increasing sales and achieving revenue targets set by month.
• Be fully informed at all times of the hotel’s sales strategy, pricing, packages and reservation status.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum education is a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum relevant experience in similar position.
• Basic experience in Hotel Management Systems and all related systems and their daily support.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Enthusiastic and motivated, in line with Dusit International’s core values.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in English, both spoken and written.
