Relationship Officer – Credit Card /Personal Loan

The role will include acquiring new customers for credit cards and personal loans. This position requires a high level of relationship building and excellent communication skills. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the same field who can join immediately. Salary will be determined based on experience.

Responsibilities:
• Prospecting for potential customers in target segments requiring criteria to be met on phone calls
• Engaging and educating customers on product usage.
• Presenting and selling all retail banking products (credit cards and loans) to potential customers in an ethical and professional manner.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers to enhance cross-selling opportunities.
• Following up with customers to complete the deal.

Requirements:
• At least one year of retail banking sales experience.
• Ability to identify potential customers
• Excellent interpersonal management skills and problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in retail banking in the UAE.
