Role description:
This is a full time real estate broker role on site in Dubai. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for managing real estate transactions, providing excellent customer service, building client relationships, and closing sales deals. A real estate broker must have in-depth knowledge of the local Dubai real estate market and have experience in real estate brokerage, customer service, real estate and sales.

qualifications:
Experience in brokerage, real estate, sales and real estate property management (secondary markets/off plan)
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
University degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred
Experience in the Dubai real estate market is an added advantage
A professional license in real estate brokerage in Dubai is an added advantage
Fluency in English, Arabic and Chinese is an added advantage
