Duties and responsibilities:

• Proven experience as a Pakistani chef

• In-depth knowledge of Pakistani cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques.

• Plan, develop and implement a diverse menu of traditional Pakistani dishes.

• Ensure the authenticity and quality of each dish, adhering to established recipes and cooking techniques.

• Ability to prepare a wide range of traditional Pakistani dishes with originality and creativity.

• Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines during food preparation and cooking.

• Maintain a clean and organized cooking environment, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items

• Store food properly at appropriate temperatures

• Rotate inventory items according to established procedures

Skills and experience:

• Minimum 5 years work experience in the UAE

• Ability to communicate in English and a proven track record of food preparation, presentation, and preservation knowledge is essential.
