Office Secretary
As a secretary, you will take on administrative and clerical support duties to improve workflow procedures in the office.
You will assist your colleagues and line managers by supporting them in planning and distributing information.
You will be a point of reference for all queries, requests or problems and will be an integral part of the company’s workforce.
Responsibilities
• Answer and redirect telephone calls when necessary
• Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
• Prepare and post correspondence, memos and forms.
• Store and update contact information for employees, clients, suppliers and external partners.
• Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
• Develop and maintain the filing system.
• Frequently check office supply levels and place appropriate orders.
• Make travel arrangements
• Document expenses and submit reports.
• Perform one-off reception duties
