We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answering phone calls and directing them to the competent authorities.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails and parcels.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings, and coordinating conference room reservations.
• Maintain office filing systems and organize documents as needed.
• Assist with data entry, record keeping, and updating databases.
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
• Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expenses.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for employees.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
