Handle incoming calls, emails, handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Assist with general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies

Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members

Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently

Maintain a tidy and organized office environment

Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience

qualifications:
Proven experience as an office assistant or customer service representative

Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
