Nail Technician

Roles and responsibilities
• Welcoming customers upon their arrival.
• Meet the guest and take him to the treatment station to check if the guest prefers a drink or has any other requirements such as taking a coat or bag or showing the location of the break room.
• Conduct a detailed consultation with each guest (new or regular) before the service begins.
• Provide professional recommendations before starting treatment.
• Explain which products will be used and why, during treatment.
• Adds Upsell to the service.
• Demonstrate confidence and technical ability to perform all services.
• Participate in a professional conversation with the guest.
• Educate the guest on how to maintain nails at home.
• Attempts and success to rebook the guest’s next visit.
• Thank the guest and invite him to return.
• Ensure that every guest leaves the salon feeling better about themselves.
