Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and Mobile Application Developer to lead the development, engineering, and deployment of mobile applications across native and hybrid platforms. This position will play a pivotal role in adapting enterprise solutions to mobile environments, ensuring robust performance, offline functionality, secure integration, and an optimal user experience for field teams. The employee will report directly to the client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of mobile applications using Kotlin (for Android), Swift (for iOS), and cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native.
• Define and implement scalable and maintainable mobile application architectures aligned with performance, security, and reliability goals.
• Develop offline functionality to support field teams operating in environments with low or no connectivity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of hands-on experience developing mobile apps (native and hybrid). • Extensive experience with Kotlin, Swift, Flutter, and React Native.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, OAuth2, JWT, and secure mobile storage.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and app store submission processes.
• Knowledge of enterprise mobility technologies, field service processes, and mobile-focused user experience (UX) best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and communication skills.
