The Marketing Associate Manager is responsible for implementing the marketing and communications strategy, integrating the marketing efforts of assigned brands to expand their reach, differentiate Majid Al Futtaim’s lifestyle and brand reputation, nurture customer relationships, and create opportunities to drive revenue and growth.
Responsibility:
• Responsible for creating, developing, and implementing marketing initiatives, through a well-defined annual marketing calendar, for assigned brands in line with the brand’s overall marketing and communications strategy.
• Implementing in-store campaigns to support operations and ensure smooth implementation.
• Developing advertising and promotional plans to increase traffic and sales (offline and online).
• Developing professional and friendly relationships with cross-functional teams to streamline diverse efforts towards a common goal.
• Building strong relationships with internal marketing teams and external vendors when appropriate, to ensure a productive outcome of collaborative work.
• Work and nurture the relationship with brand managers on marketing strategies and plans.
• Manage marketing budgets for assigned brands to ensure optimal utilization in line with the overall marketing budget.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in a marketing role.
• Working knowledge of public relations, events, media, digital marketing and social media.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience in comprehensive marketing campaigns.
