• Present, promote, and sell products/services with compelling arguments to existing and potential customers.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and needs analyses of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Build, develop, and maintain positive working relationships with customers.
• Communicate with potential customers through informal phone calls.
• Expedite the resolution of customer issues and complaints to achieve maximum satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales goals and results on time.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Analyze regional/market potential and track sales and status reports.
• Manage supply chain with reports on customer needs, issues, interests, competitive activities, and the potential for introducing new products and services.
