Video Editing: Proficiency in video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro) to create engaging property tours, promotional videos, and other property-related content.
SEO Skills: In-depth understanding of SEO principles and best practices to improve website rankings and visibility.
Graphic Design Tools: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva to create visually appealing graphics for marketing materials and social media.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online exposure and attract potential customers.
Manage and interact with the real estate agency’s social media communities, and respond to comments and messages instantly.
Create and edit videos showcasing real estate, neighborhoods, and real estate-related content.
Optimize website content and structure for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
Planning and implementing digital advertising campaigns across different platforms.
