Kitchen Staff

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working kitchen crew to join our team in Dubai. Ideal candidates will assist in preparing food, maintain kitchen cleanliness and support the kitchen crew in serving quality dishes to our guests.

Responsibilities:
• Assist chefs in food preparation including chopping, mincing and seasoning ingredients.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and sterilized regularly.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen including pantries and refrigerators.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Assist in setting up and taking down cooking stations before and after shifts.
• Assist in serving and garnishing dishes as instructed by chefs.
• Replenish stock of kitchen supplies and ingredients as required.
• Manage food waste and maintain proper disposal practices.
• Support other kitchen staff with tasks such as washing dishes and organizing supplies.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Culinary training or certification is an added advantage.
