Roles and responsibilities
• Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies.
• Create and update expense reports.
• Practical payment models
• Bank reconciliations.
• Entering financial transactions into internal databases.
• Check spreadsheets for accuracy.
• Maintain digital and physical financial records.
• Issuing invoices to clients and external partners, as needed.
• Participate in quarterly and annual audits.
• Maintaining the company’s purchase and sales books.
• Liaising with third party providers, customers and suppliers
• Maintenance of cash book
