Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Verifying financial statements, ledgers and accounts and making corrections where appropriate.
Co-ordinate with Finance department to complete assigned the accounting tasks within deadlines.
Assist in performing general accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, job costing and general ledger posting.
Assist in Auditing activities by providing necessary information and documents.
Assisting the Finance Manager with daily activities and financial tasks as required.
Daily administrative related works
Previous experience in a similar role and preferably similar industry.
Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately.
Ability to multitask and work in a busy, fast paced and challenging environment.
Ability to take initiative and a practical approach to problem solving.
Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software
Positive and flexible approach to work.
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
