Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users via phone, email, chat, or in person.

Respond to help desk tickets and service requests and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.

Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals, including computers, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.

Diagnose and solve technical problems related to operating systems, applications, network connectivity, and hardware components.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

Document and track all support activities, resolutions and resolutions in the Help Desk ticket system.
