Inventory Controller

We are looking for an accurate inventory controller to manage our company’s inventory. In this role, you will be required to coordinate orders and deliveries, conduct regular inventory audits and analysis, and forecast supply and demand requirements to ensure consistent inventory levels.

To be successful as an inventory controller, you must be highly organized and have a detailed knowledge of supply chain management software and practices. An excellent inventory controller will be able to accurately forecast inventory requirements and possess excellent logistics skills.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish inventory as necessary.
• Develop and implement inventory control systems and practices.
• Liaise and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality inventory purchases.
• Coordinate logistics for purchase orders, inventory transfers, delivery, labeling, and processing.
• Forecast supply and demand requirements to ensure inventory availability.
• Track incoming and outgoing orders to avoid overstocking and stockouts.
• Analyze and review supply chain data to identify and resolve issues.
• Create purchasing and pricing reports, supply chain analysis, and inventory management systems.
• Perform regular inventory checks and report any issues to supervisor.
• Maintain and update purchase order records, pricing reports and inventory records.
