We are expanding our team in Dubai and Sharjah and are looking for dedicated and energetic individuals to join us as Hypermarket Staff. This role requires a proactive attitude and commitment to providing the best shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with their shopping needs.
• Ensure shelves are properly stocked, organized and labeled.
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Operate cash registers, process transactions and provide receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the store, including aisles, checkout areas and storage rooms.
• Respond to customer queries and provide information on products, promotions and store policies.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills to handle cash transactions.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying products.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages ​​is an added advantage.
