HR Operations Officer-Facilities Management
Roles and responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the daily operations of the Human Resources Department, including facilities management tasks such as office maintenance and security.
Coordinate and manage all aspects of office space planning and allocation, ensuring optimal use of resources.
Oversee the purchase and maintenance of office supplies, furniture, and equipment.
– Develop and implement policies and procedures related to facilities management, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate facility-related service contracts.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address facility-related issues and implement solutions.
Provide support and guidance to employees on facility-related issues, including transportation and workspace changes.
Monitor and analyze facility-related expenses, and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
Required candidate profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
Professional certification in facilities management, such as Certified Facilities Manager (CFM), is preferred.
– At least 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a corporate environment.
Experience managing and supervising office maintenance, security and space planning activities.
Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and laws related to facilities management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
