HR Assistant Vacancy

Job Description:

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our Human Resources team as a Human Resources Assistant. The Human Resources Assistant will provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department and assist with various Human Resources functions, including recruiting, onboarding, record keeping, and compliance. If you have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting employees, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the hiring process by posting job opportunities, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and corresponding with candidates
Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and assisting with employee training
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including employee files, benefits enrollment forms, and performance evaluations
Process employee status changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, and update HR databases and systems accordingly
Assist with benefits administration tasks, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries from employees
Responding to employee inquiries and requests related to human resources policies, procedures, and programs
Assist in coordinating employee events, trainings, and other HR initiatives
Compile and prepare HR reports and presentations to management as needed
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations
Handle confidential information wisely and professionally

requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Previous experience in a human resources or administrative support role is preferred but not required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices is a plus
