Housekeeping Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our Housekeeping team in Dubai. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about cleaning and with leadership skills to contribute to the success of an established facility management or hospitality team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Train housekeeping staff, schedule them and assign tasks.
• Inspect rooms, common areas and facilities to ensure cleanliness and compliance with company standards.
• Ensure housekeeping staff follow all health and safety regulations.
• Manage cleaning supplies and inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
• Handle guest complaints and requests in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure rooms and common areas are cleaned in a timely manner to meet daily targets.
• Maintain open communication with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Report any maintenance issues or damage to the appropriate department for repair.
• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, performance and cleaning activities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning duties, supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal interaction skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and cleaning materials.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
