Housekeeping Attendant

We are known for our exceptional hospitality and commitment to providing guests with unforgettable experiences. Our dedicated team of housekeeping plays a vital role in keeping our facilities clean and comfortable. We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our Housekeeping team.

Responsibilities:
Perform routine cleaning tasks in guest rooms, common areas and back of house areas in accordance with established standards and procedures.
Make beds, change linens, clean bathrooms, dust-covered furniture and vacuum carpets to ensure rooms are tidy and sanitized for guests.
Replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and refreshments in guest rooms and public areas as needed.
Inspect rooms for damage, maintenance issues, and missing items, and report any discrepancies to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to prioritize tasks, manage workloads, and ensure efficient cleaning operations.
Adhere to safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and responsibly to prevent accidents and injuries.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor when dealing with guests and colleagues, and address any concerns or requests quickly and courteously.
Follow proper procedures for handling lost and found items, including recording and storing items securely until guests claim them or return them to the appropriate department.
Participate in training programs and meetings to enhance skills, knowledge, and teamwork within the Housekeeping Department.
Assist with special cleaning projects and deep cleaning tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:
Previous experience in housekeeping or similar role is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and order in different areas of the hotel.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for long periods.
Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to work as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Good communication skills and the ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the needs of the hotel.
