Housekeeping Attendant

Job Description

• Responsible for cleaning all guest rooms, common areas and/or areas designated by supervisor.
• Vacuum, clean, dust and polish all guest rooms and common areas.
• Make beds, change linens and replace used towels and toiletries.
• Deliver and retrieve guest loaner items such as irons, ironing boards, etc.
• Ensure guest room security and privacy for all guests.
• Replenish bathroom supplies (such as soap, shampoo, shower gel)
• Report any technical issues and maintenance needs as needed in the process.
• Address guest inquiries (e.g., about additional services and special requests)
• Follow procedures for finding lost items.
• Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy at the end of the shift to ensure guest satisfaction throughout the stay.

Qualifications

• Warm and caring personality; prior housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Ability to anticipate and focus on guest needs, be professional and welcoming.
• At least two years of experience working in a similar position.
• Hospitality experience is preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages ​​are a plus.
