Responsibilities:

Supervising and managing all aspects of hotel room division operations
Develop and implement strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service delivery
Collaborate with other department heads to improve the overall performance of the hotel
Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards
Lead and motivate the rooms department team

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Rooms Manager or in a similar role
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
In-depth knowledge of hotel operations and industry trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Results oriented with a focus on achieving goals
