Home Nurse

Roles and responsibilities:

* Conduct regular assessments of patients’ health and vital signs.
* Monitor and document patient progress and administer prescribed medications as needed.
* Providing wound care, checking for bedsores, and performing other necessary medical procedures.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
* Providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
* Collaborate with supervising physicians to evaluate and modify patient care plans.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
* Communicate effectively with patients and their families, ensuring a compassionate and supportive environment.
* Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in managing different patient needs and circumstances.

Required candidate profile:

* Proven experience as a Home Care Nurse.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with patients.
* Ability to work independently and provide high quality healthcare services.
* At least 2 years of experience in home health care or a related field.
* Fluency in English and proficiency in any other language spoken by patients in the local area.
* Physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients.
* Empathy and compassion with patients and their families.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Ability to assess and respond to changing patient needs.
