Heavy / Light Cargo Driver

Responsibilities:

Operating heavy vehicles to transport large and heavy goods.
Loading and unloading goods, ensuring their safe placement and adherence to safety protocols.
Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
Plan routes and navigate through various terrains while adhering to delivery schedules.
Comply with all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of merchandise, mileage, and hours of service.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members.
Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the vehicle.
qualifications:

knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for transporting heavy goods.
Ability to operate heavy equipment and perform basic vehicle maintenance.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Physical fitness to handle loading and unloading tasks.
Flexibility to work varied hours and long distances as needed.
