UAE Latest Jobs: Heavy Duty Driver Job in Emirates Flight Catering

We invite you to apply from abroad for the position of Heavy Duty Driver (Bus Driver).

Responsibilities (External):

• Ensure employees are transported to and from designated locations on time and safely.
• Ensure all scheduled trips are executed according to established standards and procedures.
• Report on all employee movements, seat usage, and fuel consumption.
• Ensure safe driving practices in accordance with UAE traffic regulations at all times.
• Assist in vehicle maintenance checks and ensure any mechanical failures are reported for necessary corrective action.
• Implement the quality policy and quality system in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 international standards, and carry out all responsibilities according to departmental work procedures, taking into account the Emirates Flight Catering quality policy.
• Commitment to the company’s occupational health and safety policy.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid Gulf State driver’s license, with license number 6 (heavy duty bus), preferably 3 licenses (light duty vehicle) and 5 licenses (minibus).

• Minimum 12 months of prior experience as a heavy duty bus driver in GCC countries.

• Preference will be given to those with driving experience in airports or logistics centers.

• Knowledge of vehicle inspection and maintenance.

• English communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure.

Experience:

• The ability to work in a team, including the ability to manage conflict positively.

• Communicate orally/in writing in an organized, effective, and dynamic manner.
