Ground Staff

We are looking for energetic ground staff to handle administrative duties and passenger communication. Your duties will include greeting passengers, providing information, assisting passengers with disabilities or traveling with small children, checking in luggage, making reservations, and selling tickets. You must be able to resolve passenger queries promptly and ensure that all passengers are satisfied.

To be successful as a ground officer, you must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and achieve excellent customer service, consistently delivering on the airline’s goals and vision. Ultimately, an excellent ground staff must be able to multi-task and ensure that each passenger feels comfortable, safe, and well-informed about flight schedules, aircraft delays, weather concerns, and other factors that may affect passengers.

Ground Staff Responsibilities:
• Greet and greet passengers and answer questions.
• Check-in luggage.
• Make reservations.
• Sell airline tickets.
• Store onboard refreshments.
• Cleaning the aircraft after flights.
• Assisting passengers with disabilities and those with small children.
