Front Desk/Receptionist
Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience: 2 years in Educational Sector(Mandatory)
Responsibilities :
– To manage front desk and answer enquiries from all channels.
– Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere.
– Coordination of delegate visits.
– Assistance in the Events (Career fair, Educational fair etc.)
– Monitoring the latest updates of the Educational Sector in the market.
– Provide timely support to staff and management for the effective running of the Institute.
– Maintenance of student and staff attendance sheet and reporting to the management.
– Organize and maintain all academic and non-academic files and update whenever necessary.
– IT (Hardware Support) to staff and students, including the Electronic Door management. Management of office equipment’s & stock control.
