Qualifications
• Proficient in English (verbal and written) and must be able to perform a variety of tasks in an intense and constantly changing environment.
• Ability to focus attention on guests’ needs and remain calm and courteous at all times.
• Computer reading and writing in Microsoft Windows applications
• Must have a professional presentation.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively with other colleagues as part of a team.
• Hospitality diploma is an advantage.
• Must be flexible regarding work schedules.
• Must have the ability to handle criticism effectively and accurately.
