We are looking for a competent Construction Supervisor to coordinate operations and supervise workers on construction sites. As a point of reference for both workers and supervisors, you will be a key person in completing the project.

The Construction Supervisor has a strong background in this field. Your leadership skills and extensive experience have given you the ability to direct the work of others and make quick decisions. You must be well organized and value safety above all else.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
• Produce schedules and monitor crew attendance.
• Assign general and daily responsibilities.
• Supervise and train workers and craftsmen.
• Ensure adequate manpower and resources.
• Ensure all safety precautions and quality standards are met.
• Supervise the use of machinery and equipment.
• Monitor expenses and ensure they stay within budget.
• Resolve problems as they arise.
• Report progress to managers, engineers, etc.
