Food & Beverage (F&B) Staff

We are looking for enthusiastic, service-oriented employees in the food and beverage industry to join our team in Dubai. Ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests by providing exceptional service and ensuring the highest standards of food and beverage quality.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide menus, answer questions, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages quickly and politely.
• Monitor and meet guest needs throughout their dining experience.
• Ensure tables are properly set up and maintained, including cleaning and rearranging tables between guests.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
• Assist in preparing and serving food as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and service areas.
• Follow health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
• Assist with inventory management, including stocking and replenishing supplies.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in food and beverage service or similar position is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage menus and service standards.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training or certification is a plus.
