• Monitor and maintain compliance with EKFC service standards, including hygiene and safety protocols.

• Identify and implement solutions to improve operations and service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or equivalent (required).

Experience:

• At least five years of experience in a supervisory position in the food or restaurant industry.

• Experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment is essential.
