Technical Support:

• Play an active role in the installation, operation and maintenance of audio, video, lighting and technical operations equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real time, ensuring minimal disruption to live shows, events and daily operations.
• Alone or as part of a team, you will support the Event Production and Sales teams to meet technical requirements and ensure the smooth running of shows, events and the smooth operation of the parks on a day to day basis.

Quality Assurance:

• Follow best practices for equipment installation, operation and safety, meeting company safety requirements.
• Perform quality checks as required by the maintenance management system to maintain high standards of maintenance and operation and report any issues in a timely manner.

Reporting:

• Report any issues that occur to the shift supervisor in a timely manner.

Cooperation:

• Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the Entertainment Technical Team, supporting and mentoring each other along with new team members.

Basic:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience working with audio, video, lighting, and special effects equipment in a live entertainment or event production environment.

Required:

• Technical training or certification in audiovisual technology, electrical engineering, information technology, electronic engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues under pressure.
• Theater background
• Previously worked at an amusement park.
