>Installing, repairing and maintaining pipes, valves, fittings, sewer systems and fixtures in commercial and residential buildings.

>Installing and repairing electrical wiring, systems and installations in buildings. Installing ducts and pipes to house electrical wires and cables. Ensures piping conforms to electrical codes. Installing circuit breakers and other electrical devices and connecting wires to them.

> Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.

> Follow building plans and blueprints.

> Responding to, diagnosing and resolving plumbing emergencies.

> Conduct routine inspections of plumbing and sewer systems.

> Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling and electrical works as required.

> Preparing quotes, budgets and cost estimates.

>Maintain accurate records of time spent on work, description of work completed, and materials used.

> Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade

> Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and safety practices

> Ability to read and follow blueprints and rough drawings

> Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron and copper

> Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills

> Ability to complete projects without supervision and without assistance

> Excellent problem-solving skills

> Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously

> Proficiency in basic mathematics and conversion of measurements
