Electrician

We are currently recruiting for an experienced electrician who will be responsible for a wide range of tasks related to the installation and maintenance of electrical infrastructure.
This includes installing electrical wiring on buildings and poles, troubleshooting electrical faults and power outages, and repairing appliances.
Given the risks inherent in this role, we need individuals who prioritize safety and adhere to precautionary measures.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience working with various electrical appliances and systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement electrical wiring plans so that lighting, intercoms, and other electrical systems operate properly.
• Install electrical appliances, fixtures, and equipment for alarms and other systems.
• Installation of safety and distribution components (e.g. switches, resistors, circuit breaker panels, etc.)
• Connection of cables in electrical circuits and networks to ensure component compatibility.
• Preparation and assembly of pipes and connection of cables through them.
• Prevent breakdowns in systems by regularly checking and replacing old wiring, insulated wires, cleaning circuits, etc.
• Carry out effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or replace damaged units.

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as an electrician.
• Experience with industrial and/or commercial electrical systems.
• Demonstrated ability to use power and hand tools (e.g. wire stripper, voltmeter, etc.), electrical drawings and schematics.
• Thorough knowledge of safety procedures, legal regulations and guidelines.
• Excellent ability to think critically and solve problems.
• Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long and night shifts.
• Diploma in • Appropriate vocational training or successful completion of vocational training as an electrician.
• Valid license to practice the profession.
