Job Invitation: Digital Signage Technician Job Vacancies in Dubai – Top Job Opportunity
Work responsibilities:
1. Providing first-level technical support, which includes centralized management of incidents and customer requests, with a focus on first-contact resolution
2. Training users on digital display systems
3. Use incident management best practices, including detailed ticket documentation, and apply analytical skills to quickly identify the root cause and determine the solution
4. Providing technical support for digital display and planning systems (inside the company and remotely)
5. Participate in upgrades and maintenance of display systems and equipment, including encoders/decoders and media players
6. Monitor systems and coordinate system maintenance and support with vendors to ensure environmental stability
7. Providing the best solutions to the client according to requirements.
8. Coordination with the client and contractors to complete the work in a timely manner.
9. Prepare all required documents and basic requirements to start the project.
10. Coordinate internally with each department to complete the work smoothly and in a timely manner.
11. Develop technical documentation to add to the department’s knowledge base to ensure appropriate knowledge transfer and knowledge sharing
12. Commitment to IT service management processes and procedures to ensure environmental stability
13. Provide excellent customer service using active listening and communication skills and represent the client’s interests internally
14. Ensure that all screens are turned on and working properly as installed.
15. Arrange all necessary documents and equipment and alert all concerned parties if any screen maintenance is performed.
16. Update all screen contents according to the contract.
17. Do periodic and sudden checks of screens.
18. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards
qualifications:
1. Diploma in Computers, Technical Skills Certificate or related degree required
2- Experience in system support and user support is required. Experience with digital signage systems and technologies is an asset
3. Must have good independent thinking and problem-solving skills and demonstrate the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in a highly stressful environment
4. The ability to deal with multiple problems and projects at the same time
5. Must have excellent customer service skills
