Delivery Driver

We are looking for a reliable delivery driver who cares about customer satisfaction and transporting items in a safe and timely manner. The delivery driver will pick up and deliver items following specified routes and timeframes. You must be willing to work as part of the delivery team to ensure items are completed, packaged correctly, and delivered safely to the correct customer.
To be successful as a delivery driver, you must be courteous and punctual and committed to providing our customers with an excellent experience. You must be meticulous in ensuring orders are executed correctly, committed to safety on the job, and passionate about customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers or businesses in a safe and timely manner.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness, correct rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Accept payments for delivered items.
• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle customer complaints.
• Adhere to established routes and follow schedules.
• Comply with all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Prepare reports and other documents related to deliverables.
• Operate equipment and machinery, such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.
