We are hiring for “Client Support ” role for one of our client in Insurance sector
Salary: AED 4000 – AED 6000
– Candidates with insurance, BFSI sector experience will be preferred.
– Candidates with home country experience can also apply.
Job Role: Handle all incoming post to deliver client SLAs
Conduct review of work and correctly identify which department should handle the post in line with agreed criteria and procedures
Ensure that all work, where relevant, is scanned correctly and quality checks are undertaken to ensure accuracy of work.
Identify correct task number in line with agreed criteria and procedures using work systems
Update relevant systems to confirm receipt of individual documentation
Order files from third party provider and distribute to relevant areas
Update and check relevant spreadsheets to ensure they are up to date
Candidate must be available in UAE for interview
