Customer Service Representative
We are currently seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team.
You will be the primary point of contact for customers and clients, providing assistance and support to ensure their satisfaction. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and contribute to the overall success of our Customer Service department.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and efficient manner.
• Provide truthful information about services, products, and company policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain customer records and process transactions accurately.
• Assist in managing reservations, bookings, and schedules as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide information on airport procedures, local services, and transportation options.
• Stay up-to-date with knowledge of company products and offerings to better serve customers.
• Follow up on customer interactions and ensure all issues are resolved.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude throughout all interactions.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a customer service representative or in a similar customer-focused role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and customer service programs.
• Friendly, calm demeanor and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related field are a plus.
