Responsibilities:

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Customer Service Executive or in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle difficult situations with a calm and professional demeanor
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
