As a CRM Executive, you are responsible for managing inquiries for our ISO consulting and certification services, participating in tenders/RFQs, managing customer relationships, and providing support, coordination, and assistance to all sales, business development and customer relations activities in the organisation.

(1) Plan, coordinate and implement sales and marketing strategies.

(2) Receiving incoming inquiries (phone/email).

(3) Preparing proposals and following up with clients

(4) Manage certification audits/monitoring processes and coordinate with various stakeholders such as clients, certification bodies, consultant, auditor etc.

(5) Coordinate with team members to update social media.

(6) Providing assistance in project implementation by consultants.

(7) Database management for clients and independent auditors/consultants/trainers.

(8) Any other tasks/responsibilities assigned by management.

Candidates must have the following skills/prerequisites:
(1) Willingness to learn new topics, train in new areas, and develop/improve skills.

(2) Excellent presentation skills.

(3) Impeccable English communication skills with good command of written and spoken English.

(4) Must have an advanced understanding of business, economics, and the corporate world.

(5) He should be able to establish good working relationships with clients across management levels.

(6) Ability to work effectively with multicultural clients is required. Should be willing to travel.

(7) Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and undertake multiple projects simultaneously.

(8) Must be good at computers, Microsoft Office (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook, MS Teams) and other common IT applications.

(9) Should be at least a science/commerce graduate. (10) At least one year of experience is preferred.

(11) Excellent interpersonal skills, satisfying personality, and effective time management skills.

(12) Knowledge of ISO standards is desirable and preference will be given to candidates with some previous knowledge of ISO standards.

(13) Must have worked in a sales/business development role in an organization in the B2B space.
