Construction Supervisor

We are looking for a reliable, deadline-driven construction supervisor to supervise construction crews at our company. A construction supervisor’s responsibilities include hiring new crew members, monitoring performance, making recommendations for improvement, as well as educating all employees about safety.

Responsibilities:
Ensuring teams work together to deliver high-quality work and to strict deadlines.
Required to monitor construction operations and provide training and team-building sessions.
Ensure adherence to health and safety rules at all times.
Conduct routine equipment, material, and site inspections.

requirements:
High school diploma or similar.
A bachelor’s degree in construction, business, management, or engineering preferred.
Experience in the construction field is required.
Experience in a leadership role is recommended.
Valid driver’s license.
