• Learn to perform scheduled jobs and batch processes, following company procedures.
• Provide support for daily operations by creating reports, printing documents, and performing diagnostic tests.
• Assist in maintaining computer logs and records of system performance and any issues encountered.
• Assist in updating and maintaining system software, as required by the IT team.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure systems meet operational needs.
• Follow up on unresolved issues and coordinate with IT support team for complex issues.
