Nespresso is recruiting Coffee Specialists for the Nespresso store in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, who will act as Nespresso brand ambassadors in-store, continuously improving each customer’s experience to positively contribute to the store’s performance in terms of customer satisfaction, loyalty and business results.

Experience and specialization in the coffee field.

• Demonstrate a keen interest in learning about the Nespresso brand, its values, products and sustainability, and acquire knowledge quickly.
• Continuous learning and integration of available information provided in trainings, knowledge management tool, team meetings, intranet, etc.
• Inspire customers with originality and help them explore their options for the perfect coffee offer.
• Translate their passion for the brand into every customer contact using appropriate vocabulary and giving the level of information required based on the customer’s situation.

Operational efficiency.

• Assist with store projects as needed.
• Knowledge of inventory levels, warehouse layout and return policies.
• Adherence to compliance and quality standards in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Generally performing all tasks and decisions in accordance with quality standards, procedures and compliance rules,
• Ensuring safe working conditions.
• Compliance with shift/work scheduling and planning.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing new ideas and suggestions to further improve operations.
• Helping to manage and support the peaks and valleys of our daily and weekly operations.
