Cleaning Supervisor

We are currently looking for an experienced, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning Supervisor. The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for supervising cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout our facilities.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff, including assigning duties, training new employees, and monitoring performance.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure effective and thorough cleaning of all areas.
• Inspect facilities regularly to ensure compliance with cleaning standards and address any deficiencies or problems immediately.
• Arrange and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure that all cleaning staff adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
• Handle complaints and requests from customers or building occupants in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities, including schedules, inspections, and inventory.
• Provide leadership and support to cleaning staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably within the cleaning industry.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment and products.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to deal with difficult situations diplomatically.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform light to moderate lifting.
