Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, sweeping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
Empty trash cans and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies and procedures
Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors and fixtures
Clean windows, glass surfaces and doors to ensure a clean appearance
Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap and cleaning products as needed
Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or cleaning supply needs to the supervisor or manager
Adhere to cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and client expectations
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization in storage areas, lockers and guard rooms

requirements:
Previous experience as a cleaner, janitor, janitor, or housekeeper is preferred but not required
Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision
Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift and carry heavy objects, and stand for long periods
Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality cleaning services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
